Virgilio Arotza scored 0-3 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Andres Tavio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match clock showed 39 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Virgilio Arotza sped through Centenario Bohemio's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Andres Tavio. Silvestre Fidencio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matías Donato, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Silvestre Fidencio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matías Donato in the 44th minute of the match. 46 minutes had been played when some careless play by Club A Independiente's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner.
