In the 12th minute, Everardo Honrio fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Bonifacio Roca, passed just outside the right post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ronaldo Martinez in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabio Lordi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of C.A. MILO booed when Villa Lourdes FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jesus Raulo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 20th minute of the match Samuel Valgma shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fabio Lordi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Bonifacio Roca didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Paulino Valiente went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. 35 minutes into the match, Cesar Pereyra notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Villa Lourdes FC's Fabio Lordi. Fabio Lordi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Shao Lin Yan in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fabio Lordi saved Villa Lourdes FC from getting behind. In the 42nd minute, one of C.A. MILO:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for C.A. MILO. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cesar Pereyra stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Villa Lourdes FC's Fabio Lordi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronaldo Martinez in the 57th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulino Valiente in the 59th minute of play forced C.A. MILO's goalkeeper Bonifacio Roca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 63 minutes, Paulino Valiente mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Villa Lourdes FC and the C.A. MILO players grew even worse after the yellow card. Paulino Valiente hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match.
