Łukasz Fabiański made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Feliberto Ederono in the 12th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Motu's goal looked a bit too open when Haroldo Gilen came free, but Łukasz Fabiański reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Motu's Łukasz Fabiański played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jesus Platon in the 20th minute of play. After having played for 23 minutes, Anastasio Garaona managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Motu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anastasio Garaona was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Łukasz Fabiański took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gonzalo Martinez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Haroldo Gilen in the 28th minute of play forced Motu's goalkeeper Łukasz Fabiański to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 33 minutes into the game, one of Tiquitaca FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Aquiles Cordeal had in the 36thth minute some difficulties stopping Jim Brandt's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Aquiles Cordeal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jim Brandt in the 37th minute. With an all-out effort, Motu's Aquiles Cordeal threw himself towards the right post 39 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Anastasio Garaona, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Anastasio Garaona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Aquiles Cordeal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aquiles Cordeal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Uriel Lleir in the 43rd minute of play. Uriel Lleir's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Aquiles Cordeal firmly grabbed it by the left post. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Motu's Justo Stanislao was substituted for Michaël Albrecht. 53 minutes into the match, Motu's Uriel Lleir sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aquiles Cordeal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 56 minutes into the match, Uriel Lleir had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aquiles Cordeal. Tiquitaca FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Uriel Lleir was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hipolito Osmundo in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aquiles Cordeal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 70th minute Darío Ponga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquiles Cordeal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 71st match minute, Tiquitaca FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nemesio Fonda to maneuver through the defense. Hipolito Osmundo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aquiles Cordeal having to make a save. In the 96th minute, Jesus Platon ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Łukasz Fabiański was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Motu were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Tiquitaca FC for a fine match.
