The audience thought a goal was coming when Baltasar Inocente got free with Feliberto Gonsalvo in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Feliberto Gonsalvo was out of position in the 9 minute of play, and Baltasar Inocente capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Baltasar Inocente really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 13th minute, Ceferino Hever got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 14 minutes into the match, C A U's goalkeeper Feliberto Gonsalvo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Joachim Landin. Anak Junior struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Jorge Ekain didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C A U. In the 23rd minute vox dei's Leo Palau on his own managed to get free with C A U's goalkeeper and nail 2-0 by the left post. The audience was convinced that Leo Palau's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Feliberto Gonsalvo was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. After 27 minutes, Leo Palau made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. C A U's Feliberto Gonsalvo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Through an outstanding action, after 30 minutes, Feliberto Gonsalvo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Feliberto Gonsalvo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Freddy Socorro, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. The attack was good, but when Baltasar Inocente in the 35th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 42nd minute Anak Junior shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Ekain saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

C A U's attentive Gaudencio Iturri managed to snatch the ball when Akis Kopanos made a throw-in in the 77th minute of the game. 77 minutes into the game, Lucas Barcelos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-2. Jorge Ekain was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jorge Ekain stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lucas Barcelos's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. In the 85th minute C A U were awarded a corner. Nico González went to the cornerflag to take it. The supporters of vox dei booed when C A U was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nico González didn't get a good kick on the ball. vox dei's Jorge Ekain played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Hurko in the 95th minute of play.
