Itacaruaré FC's Gilberto Dacio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gonzalo Martinez in the 7th minute of play. Feliberto Ederono received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Gilberto Dacio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Patricio Enaut kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Gilberto Dacio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Feliberto Ederono in the 11th minute. Gilberto Dacio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saul Baraquiel in the 24th minute of play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gonzalo Martinez to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Tiquitaca FC's Haroldo Gilen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gilberto Dacio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 58 minutes into the match, Jesus Platon had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gilberto Dacio. Itacaruaré FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jesus Platon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Aquiles Cordeal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eriberto Ledesma in the 70th minute of the match. 79 minutes into the match, Tiquitaca FC's goalkeeper Aquiles Cordeal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nunez Alonso. If Feliberto Ederono had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tiquitaca FC made a substitution. Candido Valery replaced Reynaldo Froila. After 85 minutes of play, Tiquitaca FC's Jesus Platon made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gilberto Dacio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gonzalo Martinez might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gilberto Dacio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gonzalo Martinez ran back to his position shaking his head. With his leg Aquiles Cordeal managed to avoid a goal in the 92ndth minute, when Itacaruaré FC's Marciano Garcia fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Aquiles Cordeal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marciano Garcia in the 95th minute of play. When the referee blew the final whistle, Tiquitaca FC could leave the field as winners, despite Itacaruaré FC having more of the ball for most of the match.
