The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Roque Rexino didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Santos Cebrian went, in the 4th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 8th minute, Santos Cebrian made a precise shot to the right of Roque Rexino. Club A. Independiente's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. 11 minutes into the match, Club A. Independiente's goal looked a bit too open when Felix Iftode came free, but Roque Rexino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roque Rexino made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carlos Taurino in the 14th minute. In the 14th minute of the match, Santos Cebrian got a very nice opportunity to score, but Roque Rexino was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Club A. Independiente's Roque Rexino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Iftode in the 16th minute of play. 21 minutes into the game, ARAUCARIOS's Carlos Taurino nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Roque Rexino made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Roque Rexino came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by ARAUCARIOS's Carlos Taurino. But to his dismay, Carlos Taurino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. The supporters of Club A. Independiente booed when ARAUCARIOS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Iftode didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carlos Taurino received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Roque Rexino came out and tried to block the shot, but Carlos Taurino slotted it home off the left post making it 5-0 in the 29th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as ARAUCARIOS's Felix Iftode slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Roque Rexino. That made the score 6-0 after 32 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Iftode in the 35th minute of play forced Club A. Independiente's goalkeeper Roque Rexino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlos Taurino scored 7-0 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Roque Rexino, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Roque Rexino came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by ARAUCARIOS's Santos Cebrian. But to his dismay, Santos Cebrian quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. In the 44th minute, Santos Cebrian made a precise shot to the right of Roque Rexino. Club A. Independiente's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-0. Dante Koldobika had several of the Club A. Independiente's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 48 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 10-0 score and a disappointed Roque Rexino as he didn't even see the shot coming.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Severino Eneto to strike the kick off in the second half. Santos Cebrian took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Roque Rexino. Roque Rexino dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 11-0. In the 57th minute, Santos Cebrian left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ARAUCARIOS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 12-0. Roque Rexino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santos Cebrian, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dante Koldobika in the 65th minute of play forced Club A. Independiente's goalkeeper Roque Rexino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 66 minutes into the game, Dante Koldobika cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 14-0. Roque Rexino was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Roque Rexino didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Santos Cebrian went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 15-0 was the resulting score. 73 minutes into the game, Santos Cebrian cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 16-0. Roque Rexino was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Venancio Mirande was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 76 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Carlos Taurino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Roque Rexino was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. 83 minutes into the game, ARAUCARIOS's Santos Cebrian nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Roque Rexino made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 17-0. After some careless play in the Club A. Independiente defense, Felix Iftode kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Roque Rexino. The Club A. Independiente fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Roque Rexino should have stopped the shot. Saverio Urtats sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roque Rexino didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dante Koldobika went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 19-0 was the resulting score. 97 minutes into the game, ARAUCARIOS's Carlos Taurino nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Roque Rexino made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 20-0.
