Cecilio Torres made in the 25th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Ivan Loi immediately put the ball in play. Guto Prestes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zé Bani went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Cecilio Torres made in the 41st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Ivan Loi immediately put the ball in play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zé Bani in the 44th minute of play forced Quiroga AFC's goalkeeper Guto Prestes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fabio Sergi was the one to do the kick off. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Aquilino Erasto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fabio Sergi in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dalmacio Ebardo saved LTA FC from getting behind. 74 minutes into the match, LTA FC's Zé Bani sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Guto Prestes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Guto Prestes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zé Bani, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zé Bani in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Guto Prestes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 84 minutes into the match, Aquilino Erasto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dalmacio Ebardo. LTA FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aquilino Erasto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. 87 minutes into the match, LTA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Aquilino Erasto came free, but Dalmacio Ebardo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Quiroga AFC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching LTA FC's performance. The match ended with a win for LTA FC.
