After 12 minutes Duffensores Springfield's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Constantino Eneto who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Anthony Hopkins managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. When the match clock showed 15 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Anthony Hopkins sped through Duffensores Springfield's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cleto Walme. Amancio Oihan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adrian Păunescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Amancio Oihan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adrian Păunescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 25 minutes into the match, Orozcos's goal looked a bit too open when Salvador Aresti came free, but Amancio Oihan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28thth minute of the game Makareus Manoukarakis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Orozcos's Amancio Oihan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Orozcos's Amancio Oihan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Salvador Aresti in the 31st minute of play. The supporters of Duffensores Springfield booed when Orozcos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anthony Hopkins didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cleto Walme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodrigo De Paul in the 35th minute of play. Amancio Oihan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adrian Păunescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 42nd minute, Adrian Păunescu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Duffensores Springfield fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 45th minute Adrian Păunescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amancio Oihan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anthony Hopkins struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Cleto Walme didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Orozcos. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Salvador Aresti made a kick off. After some careless play in the Orozcos defense, Adrian Păunescu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Amancio Oihan. The Orozcos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Amancio Oihan should have stopped the shot. 57 minutes into the match, Duffensores Springfield's goal looked a bit too open when Anthony Hopkins came free, but Cleto Walme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Duffensores Springfield getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Adrian Păunescu hit a great ball. Cleto Walme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pars Kuray in the 61st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pars Kuray in the 62nd minute of play forced Duffensores Springfield's goalkeeper Cleto Walme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Duffensores Springfield's Alfonso Sasoin got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Cleto Walme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Constantino Eneto in the 64th minute of the match.
