Spectators: 7687 (Terracing: 5766, Seating: 1768, VIP seats: 153) Viruela's Filomeno Walme started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, Villa La Perla's Pelle Maradona sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dante Eguzki narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 5th minute, Hugo Jago hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abelardo Lizbeth in the 6th minute of play forced Villa La Perla's goalkeeper Adan Bembe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 10th minute, Pelle Maradona ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dante Eguzki was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. If Filomeno Walme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Adan Bembe managed to avoid a goal in the 22ndth minute, when Viruela's Filomeno Walme fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Pelle Maradona blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dante Eguzki having to make a save. Adan Bembe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredo Etxekopar in the 25th minute of play. Adan Bembe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raimundo Bonifaco, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 35th minute, Pelle Maradona got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Filomeno Walme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adan Bembe didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alfredo Etxekopar went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score.

The wind increased when Pelle Maradona made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Villa La Perla's Delmar Machado got a free kick in the 50th minute. In the 53rd minute Villa La Perla were awarded a corner. Modesto Playo went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 57th minute Fred Utfal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adan Bembe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adan Bembe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredo Etxekopar in the 62nd minute of the match. Adan Bembe didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alfredo Etxekopar went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. 76 minutes into the match, Villa La Perla's goal looked a bit too open when Filomeno Walme came free, but Adan Bembe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pelle Maradona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dante Eguzki having to interfere. Adan Bembe came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Viruela's Raimundo Bonifaco. But to his dismay, Raimundo Bonifaco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Raimundo Bonifaco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Adan Bembe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Modesto Playo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Esteban Acevedo lost his temper 93 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 92nd minute, one of Viruela:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Viruela. When the match had been going on for 96 minutes, Villa La Perla's Pelle Maradona got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Dante Eguzki. Viruela walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
