Bella Vista CBA's Aurelio Fernanco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pelle Maradona in the 11th minute of play. Marcelo Sayveon hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Ragnar Lodbrok sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hector Lluba in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adan Bembe saved Villa La Perla from getting behind. Marcelo Sayveon hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kärim Benzekri in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adan Bembe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Villa La Perla's Adan Bembe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Villa La Perla from getting a goal against them. Adan Bembe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kärim Benzekri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adan Bembe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kärim Benzekri in the 36th minute of the match. When Aurelio Umea came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Bella Vista CBA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aurelio Umea couldn't finish the play. Villa La Perla's Venancio Santio managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Black Gold in the 41 minute of the game. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Adan Bembe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aurelio Umea, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Luisito Poz charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Bella Vista CBA's supporters rose to their feet, but Fulgencio Romildo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adan Bembe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 80 minutes into the match, Bella Vista CBA's goalkeeper Aurelio Fernanco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Modesto Playo. Bella Vista CBA's Jonathan Truylos was substituted for Ragnar Lodbrok. The audience thought a goal was coming when Amador James got free with Aurelio Fernanco in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
