Spectators: 7651 (Terracing: 5740, Seating: 1759, VIP seats: 152) The Pontiac Bandit's Rosendo Venerando started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute Marciano Hondo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cosme Guilabertus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Pontiac Bandit's Cosme Guilabertus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nemesio Rubio in the 8th minute of play. The Pontiac Bandit were awarded a corner in the 10th minute after Pildorita Timba Club's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jairo Umea took the corner. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jason Bourne during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Cosme Guilabertus didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nemesio Rubio went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. When The Pontiac Bandit's Rosendo Venerando in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pildorita Timba Club's goalie prevented a goal. After 19 minutes, Rosendo Venerando made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Pildorita Timba Club's Andres Quinteros tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 22 minutes into the match, Marciano Hondo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cosme Guilabertus. The Pontiac Bandit's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marciano Hondo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Delmar Dabi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 26th minute, Nemesio Rubio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cosme Guilabertus was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. After a defensive mix-up in The Pontiac Bandit's zone, Marciano Hondo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cosme Guilabertus came out of the goal and Marciano Hondo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, The Pontiac Bandit's Erasmo Birila got a free kick in the 30th minute. The Pontiac Bandit's Cosme Guilabertus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eduardo Beilinson in the 31st minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Marciano Hondo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cosme Guilabertus was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. Cosme Guilabertus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Delmar Dabi, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Cosme Guilabertus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nemesio Rubio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 40 minutes into the match, Nemesio Rubio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cosme Guilabertus. The Pontiac Bandit's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nemesio Rubio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-5. One of Pildorita Timba Club:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of The Pontiac Bandit:s goal. After the first half Pildorita Timba Club were leading 1-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Delmar Dabi to make the kick off. After 51 played minutes Pildorita Timba Club got a freekick which was hit by Nemesio Rubio. After some careless play in the The Pontiac Bandit defense, Marciano Hondo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cosme Guilabertus. The The Pontiac Bandit fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cosme Guilabertus should have stopped the shot. Cosme Guilabertus was out of position in the 55 minute of play, and Delmar Dabi capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Delmar Dabi really showed his touch with that goal: 1-7. In the 58th minute Marciano Hondo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cosme Guilabertus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 60th minute, Nemesio Rubio made a precise shot to the right of Cosme Guilabertus. The Pontiac Bandit's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-8. In the 64th minute, Pildorita Timba Club's Marciano Hondo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Cosme Guilabertus. Cosme Guilabertus yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-9. The supporters of Pildorita Timba Club booed when The Pontiac Bandit was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hipolito Ekialde didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cosme Guilabertus made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nemesio Rubio in the 74th minute. Delmar Dabi in the 76thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Cosme Guilabertus, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 79th minute, Delmar Dabi made a precise shot to the right of Cosme Guilabertus. The Pontiac Bandit's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-11. In the 81st match minute, Pildorita Timba Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marciano Hondo to maneuver through the defense. After 83 minutes of play, Pildorita Timba Club's Delmar Dabi made it 1-12 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cosme Guilabertus was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cosme Guilabertus came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Pildorita Timba Club's Marciano Hondo. But to his dismay, Marciano Hondo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-13. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marciano Hondo in the 90th minute of play forced The Pontiac Bandit's goalkeeper Cosme Guilabertus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, The Pontiac Bandit's Cosme Guilabertus got control of the ball when Nemesio Rubio tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 94th minute, Marciano Hondo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Cosme Guilabertus. The goal made the score 1-14. When the match was over Pildorita Timba Club could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than The Pontiac Bandit throughout the match.
