But to his dismay, Valentin Policarpio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 16th minute Umberto Gonçalves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robustiano Romildo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Robustiano Romildo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valentin Policarpio in the 20th minute of the match. Robustiano Romildo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Umberto Gonçalves, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Faro Norte MARPLA's Ronny Beard proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Faro Norte MARPLA from getting a goal against them. Robustiano Romildo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Umberto Gonçalves, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. After some careless play in the Justerine & Brooks A C defense, Umberto Gonçalves kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Robustiano Romildo. After a rather tough play, Justerine & Brooks A C's Gavino Mikolas got a free kick in the 45th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Umberto Gonçalves stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Umberto Gonçalvess short, quick shot in the 56thth minute got Robustiano Romildo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 59 minutes into the match, Faro Norte MARPLA's goal looked a bit too open when Iker Arano came free, but Ronny Beard reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 61 minutes had been played when some careless play by Faro Norte MARPLA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jorge-Daniel Cardaccio was slow to take the kick. During this time Justerine & Brooks A C's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Justerine & Brooks A C's corner Pierre Buontempo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ronny Beard quite easily take care of the ball. When the match had gone on for 71 minutes, Malin Siswanto put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Ronny Beard. Ronny Beard took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arturo Lopez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Faro Norte MARPLA booed when Justerine & Brooks A C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valentin Policarpio in the 90th minute of play forced Justerine & Brooks A C's goalkeeper Robustiano Romildo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 91 played minutes Faro Norte MARPLA got a freekick which was hit by Jesus Nataniel. In the 92nd minute of the match Jorge-Daniel Cardaccio sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ronny Beard skillfully saved the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Faro Norte MARPLA eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
