Spectators: 7524 (Terracing: 5644, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Carolo Lorenz took the kick off in the first half of the match. Damaso Arixo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduardo Barrionuevo in the 3rd minute of the match. After 3 minutes, Eduardo Barrionuevo made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Los Cachorros's Damaso Arixo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 10th match minute, Los Cachorros was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Holger Rune to maneuver through the defense. After 11 played minutes, El Torero's Segundo Acosta shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Damaso Arixo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in El Torero reached it. A collision led to Los Cachorros getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Holger Rune hit a great ball. 14 minutes into the match, Carolo Lorenz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Damaso Arixo. Los Cachorros's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carolo Lorenz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. In the 23rd minute Anacleto Flor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sergio Goycochea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24thth minute of the game Carolo Lorenz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Los Cachorros's Damaso Arixo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Damaso Arixo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carolo Lorenz's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. Aureliano Rocendo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Damaso Arixo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 34 minutes into the match, El Torero's Eduardo Barrionuevo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Damaso Arixo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carolo Lorenz in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Damaso Arixo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 40 played minutes El Torero got a freekick which was hit by Fabio Furman. 41 minutes into the match, El Torero's goal looked a bit too open when Anacleto Flor came free, but Sergio Goycochea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Carolo Lorenz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

Carolo Lorenzs short, quick shot in the 60thth minute got Damaso Arixo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Damaso Arixo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Eduardo Barrionuevo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 62 minute of play. El Torero made a substitution. Marek Pruss replaced Hílton Salles. El Torero's Benedicto Matteo was substituted for Carolo Lorenz. After 71 minutes Los Cachorros's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Segundo Acosta who took care of the corner kick. After a rather tough play, El Torero's Alejo Suero got a free kick in the 73rd minute. El Torero's Sergio Goycochea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valentin Ovando in the 75th minute of play. In the 81st minute, Reynaldo Monteiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Benedicto Matteo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in El Torero fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 85th minute. Penalty! In the 88th minute, Eduardo Barrionuevo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Los Cachorros's goalkeeper Damaso Arixo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 94th minute of the match El Torero got a corner. Los Cachorros's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Segundo Acosta ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to El Torero's Aureliano Rocendo getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. The audience was convinced that Marek Pruss's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Damaso Arixo was relentless in the 98th minute of the game. The El Torero supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing El Torero would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
