An unexpectedly hard shot by Salvador Laffitte in the 8th minute of play forced Chaco For Ever's goalkeeper Manotham Grandessa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 10 minutes Chaco For Ever's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Basilio Sabin who took care of the corner kick. Luis Gudesteo was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. After 15 played minutes CENTAURO F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Basilio Sabin. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edoardo Petroni in the 20th minute of play forced Chaco For Ever's goalkeeper Manotham Grandessa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute, Pablo Acevedo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Manotham Grandessa. The goal made the score 1-0. Manotham Grandessa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gregorio Fernandes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Chaco For Ever booed when CENTAURO F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Salvador Laffitte didn't get a good kick on the ball. 30 minutes into the match, CENTAURO F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Paulo Teles came free, but Leonides Meder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Chaco For Ever's Manotham Grandessa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Salvador Laffitte in the 35th minute of play. In the 37th minute André Luís Zanette shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonides Meder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 38 minutes CENTAURO F.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Erubiel Feliu who took care of the corner kick. Chaco For Ever's Erubiel Feliu was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Leonides Meder in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Leonides Meder came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Chaco For Ever's André Luís Zanette. But to his dismay, André Luís Zanette quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 47th minute André Luís Zanette shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonides Meder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. André Luís Zanette was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to CENTAURO F.C. getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Basilio Sabin hit a great ball. André Luís Zanette's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leonides Meder read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. Chaco For Ever's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Erubiel Feliu in the 52nd minute. A nice corner shot did that Erubiel Feliu got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Leonides Meder quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 54th minute, Salvador Laffitte got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Manotham Grandessa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edoardo Petroni, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leonides Meder made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luiz Paulo Teles in the 63rd minute. 63 minutes into the match, CENTAURO F.C.'s goalkeeper Leonides Meder had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luiz Paulo Teles. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 69th minute of the game. One of Chaco For Ever:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of CENTAURO F.C.:s goal. In the 71st minute there was a penalty for CENTAURO F.C.. Salvador Laffitte stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Manotham Grandessa. 2-2. After a rather tough play, Chaco For Ever's Desiderio Amaya got a free kick in the 82nd minute. After having played for 89 minutes, Pablo Acevedo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CENTAURO F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Pablo Acevedo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Raul Eufrasio took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leonides Meder. Leonides Meder dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. Luiz Paulo Teles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
