When Luisito Lico came up free with the goalie in the 2nd minute, the Churriaca fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luisito Lico couldn't finish the play. In the 5th minute, Edelmiro Mikeldi reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Reynaldo Donio. The goal made the score 1-0. Anastasio Bernal kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. In the 14th minute, Grzegorz Ostrowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Reynaldo Donio made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Edelmiro Mikeldi sent off a good shot on target. In the 18th minute Churriaca were awarded a corner. Edelmiro Mikeldi went to the cornerflag to take it. Eugenio Todor's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Baldomero Tulio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. Moretho FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 28th minute, when Edelmiro Mikeldi scored to the left of an out of position Reynaldo Donio, making the score, 2-0. In the 30th minute, 박 갈 made a precise shot to the right of Reynaldo Donio. Moretho FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. 40 minutes into the match, Churriaca's goal looked a bit too open when Eugenio Todor came free, but Baldomero Tulio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Baldomero Tulio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugenio Todor in the 41st minute of play. In the 44th minute Eugenio Todor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baldomero Tulio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Eugenio Todor's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Baldomero Tulio was relentless in the 45th minute of the game.

The wind increased when Luisito Lico made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the game, Churriaca's Aldo Chago nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Reynaldo Donio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. The Churriaca fans' excitement grew in the 57th match minute when Churriaca's Luisito Lico looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Baldomero Tulio made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Eugenio Todor sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the Moretho FC defense, Luisito Lico kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Reynaldo Donio. The Moretho FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Reynaldo Donio should have stopped the shot. Moretho FC's Casimiro Admon was substituted for Hugo Paulin. The supporters of Moretho FC booed when Churriaca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Grzegorz Ostrowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 77th minute of the match Aquiles Xacintu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Baldomero Tulio showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Moretho FC's Reynaldo Donio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 박 갈 in the 78th minute of play. After 81 played minutes Moretho FC got a freekick which was hit by Jacinto Satordi. After a rather tough play, Moretho FC's Jacinto Satordi got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Baldomero Tulio came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Moretho FC's Efrain Ekaitz. But to his dismay, Efrain Ekaitz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. Reynaldo Donio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luisito Lico in the 88th minute of play. Edelmiro Mikeldi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reynaldo Donio having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Churriaca fans cheered their team off the field, for while Moretho FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
