Liberland's Rene Eduino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Faustino Chayo in the 4th minute of play. In the 6th minute of the match CSD San Martin de Burzaco got a corner. Liberland's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Hermengildo Berasko ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 12 played minutes Liberland got a freekick which was hit by Edgar Jakubiak. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Faustino Chayo managed to get in a good position for a shot. CSD San Martin de Burzaco's supporters rose to their feet, but Faustino Chayo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rene Eduino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eustacio Felipillo in the 15th minute of play forced Liberland's goalkeeper Rene Eduino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eustacio Felipillo couldn't finish the play. Rene Eduino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emanuel Hernandez, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Faustino Chayo was the one to do the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eustacio Felipillo in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rene Eduino saved Liberland from getting behind. When Lars Bjurström came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the CSD San Martin de Burzaco fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lars Bjurström couldn't finish the play. Rene Eduino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emanuel Hernandez in the 57th minute of the match. Rene Eduino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Faustino Chayo in the 71st minute of the match. If Lars Bjurström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Liberland's Omar Eudoxio was substituted for German Playo. In the 82nd minute Faustino Chayo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rene Eduino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 83 minutes into the game, Emanuel Hernandez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Rene Eduino was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Faustino Chayo took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rene Eduino. Rene Eduino dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. When Faustino Chayo came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the CSD San Martin de Burzaco fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Faustino Chayo couldn't finish the play. 95 minutes into the match, Faustino Chayo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rene Eduino. Liberland's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Faustino Chayo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. CSD San Martin de Burzaco walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
