After 7 played minutes 25 de Abril Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Ramiro Olivar. Bizi Quemada made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Su Ting Han in the 10th minute of play. Bizi Quemada tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nereo Liher took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Slawomir Turak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, 25 de Abril Futbol Club's Sixto Manilan got a free kick in the 21st minute. 23 minutes into the game, 25 de Abril Futbol Club's Slawomir Turak nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nereo Liher made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. A collision led to 25 de Abril Futbol Club getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Amador Rosalio hit a great ball. In the 33rd minute of the match El Colesterol FC got a corner. 25 de Abril Futbol Club's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Denis Suero ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Vicente Rodriguez got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Bizi Quemada quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. El Colesterol FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Denis Suero in the 34th minute. The corner ended in Denis Suero almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but 25 de Abril Futbol Club's Bizi Quemada did a great save. 40 minutes into the match, Su Ting Han notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of 25 de Abril Futbol Club's Bizi Quemada. Bizi Quemada was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. El Colesterol FC's Nereo Liher played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hermes Jesus in the 44th minute of play. Amador Rosalio kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. If Su Ting Han had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Su Ting Han made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Su Ting Han in the 52nd minute of play forced 25 de Abril Futbol Club's goalkeeper Bizi Quemada to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. From a short distance, El Colesterol FC's Su Ting Han, in the 53rd minute, tried to place the ball behind Bizi Quemada, but the ball hit the right post on the wrong side and went out. 25 de Abril Futbol Club's Ramiro Olivar managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Dick Ros in the 58 minute of the game. 59 minutes into the game, Gio Lo Celso threw the ball into play from the sideline. 25 de Abril Futbol Club's Amador Rosalio quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 61 minutes into the match, Slawomir Turak had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nereo Liher. El Colesterol FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Slawomir Turak was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. El Colesterol FC's Nereo Liher played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Slawomir Turak in the 64th minute of play. After 67 minutes, Vicente Rodriguez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the El Colesterol FC and the 25 de Abril Futbol Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, El Colesterol FC's Vicente Rodriguez got a free kick in the 67th minute. 25 de Abril Futbol Club made a substitution. Miguel Urtungo replaced Orlando Gamus. 25 de Abril Futbol Club's Yao Ang Feng was substituted for Slawomir Turak. The supporters of 25 de Abril Futbol Club booed when El Colesterol FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vicente Rodriguez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yao Ang Feng recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nereo Liher made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Urtungo in the 81st minute of play. Yao Ang Feng took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nereo Liher. Nereo Liher dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. In the 89th minute Miguel Urtungo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nereo Liher saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 90 minutes had been played when some careless play by El Colesterol FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Glauco Arantes was slow to take the kick. During this time 25 de Abril Futbol Club's players had a chance to rest. In the 96th minute, Yao Ang Feng left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The 25 de Abril Futbol Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the El Colesterol FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for 25 de Abril Futbol Club.
