The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Prudencio Isias during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 17th match minute, The Waldos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Prudencio Isias to maneuver through the defense. In the 18th minute, Evandro Ortiz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. David Dewulf was a little too slow when Godfredo George got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 27th minute. The score was now 2-1. David Dewulf made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Godfredo George in the 30th minute of play. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Poker de Ases ⚜️'s goalkeeper Ayhan Özbey, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adolfo Orkatz in the 39th minute of play forced The Waldos's goalkeeper David Dewulf to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 40th minute, Benito Tonete hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 41st minute of the match, Alvaro Pagomari sent away a good long shot that could have become a goal, but Ayhan Özbey showed an example of his skillful tending and made the save just under the crossbar. If Prudencio Isias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Prudencio Isias was the one to do the kick off. The Waldos's David Dewulf played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Svit Snabb in the 67th minute of play. Prudencio Isias might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ayhan Özbey. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Prudencio Isias ran back to his position shaking his head. The Waldos's Lázaro Bonadona shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 70th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Ayhan Özbey but with some difficulty. David Dewulf made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luo Ming Peng in the 71st minute of play. 77 minutes into the match, The Waldos's goal looked a bit too open when Adolfo Orkatz came free, but David Dewulf reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. David Dewulf took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Godfredo George, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 81st minute, Prudencio Isias got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Waldos made a substitution. Fidel Erdiano replaced Kostas Milonas. The Waldos's Leandro Millrick was substituted for Marin Ştefănescu. Prudencio Isias succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-3 in the 84th playminute. Poker de Ases ⚜️'s attentive Reynaldo Lorien managed to snatch the ball when Kazimierz Madajczyk made a throw-in in the 93rd minute of the game. The Poker de Ases ⚜️ supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching The Waldos's performance. The match ended with a win for The Waldos.
