In the 21st minute, Ivan Mancio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 26 minutes into the match, Galmock FC's goalkeeper Elias Firmin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ariel Lihach. In the 37th minute of the match, Norberto Benvide tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Elias Firmin saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Galmock FC's Elias Firmin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivan Mancio in the 47th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Valentin Valentine stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Claudio Mannucci didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 56th minute, which inside left pole to 0-1. Gaviotas FC made a substitution. Valentin Oxarra replaced Armando Azubeli. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivan Mancio in the 90th minute of play forced Galmock FC's goalkeeper Elias Firmin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Valentin Valentine could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Claudio Mannucci made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Gaviotas FC's zone, Valentin Valentine stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Claudio Mannucci came out of the goal and Valentin Valentine tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
