Club Atletico Juanita's Placido Gitano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Club Atletico Juanita from getting a goal against them. Baltasar Guerrero took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zein Tutupoli. Zein Tutupoli dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. With a little luck, Club Atletico Juanita's Placido Gitano got control of the ball when Ariel Lihach tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gaviotas FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Inocencio Patxi in the 28th minute. 31 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Juanita's goal looked a bit too open when Geronimo Berenguer came free, but Placido Gitano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34thth minute of the game Virgilio Jerold who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gaviotas FC's Zein Tutupoli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orlando Macerio in the 39th minute of play forced Gaviotas FC's goalkeeper Zein Tutupoli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zein Tutupoli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Baltasar Guerrero's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. Zein Tutupoli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baltasar Guerrero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 44 minutes, Baltasar Guerrero put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Zein Tutupoli. After the first half Club Atletico Juanita were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Baltasar Guerrero was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Baltasar Guerrero in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zein Tutupoli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 61 minutes into the game, one of Club Atletico Juanita:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Club Atletico Juanita:s Placido Gitano showed great skill when he stopped Geronimo Berenguer:s penalty. The supporters of Gaviotas FC booed when Club Atletico Juanita was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amado Stephen didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Club Atletico Juanita had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
