Simão Porto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulino Nesto in the 13th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulino Nesto in the 14th minute of play forced AV & AA's goalkeeper Simão Porto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Firmat Foot Ball Club's Rodriguinho Loureiro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Firmat Foot Ball Club from getting a goal against them. When Paulino Nesto came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Firmat Foot Ball Club fans jumped to their feet. Rodriguinho Loureiro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Paulino Nesto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Simão Porto having to make a save. With a little luck, AV & AA's Simão Porto got control of the ball when Paulino Nesto tried to sneak it across the goal line. The long shot by Peter Maclean in the 74th minute really tested Simão Porto's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Simão Porto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peter Maclean, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Kuncho Agüero could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Simão Porto made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kuncho Agüero got free with Simão Porto in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rodriguinho Loureiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anastasio Karmel, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. AV & AA's Simão Porto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save AV & AA from getting a goal against them. Rodriguinho Loureiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nereo Lertxun in the 94th minute of play. Kuncho Agüero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simão Porto having to interfere.
