An unexpectedly hard shot by Justino Amaya in the 6th minute of play forced Triunvirato FC's goalkeeper Artemio Lamberto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Victorio Gora got free with Victorino Timo in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Triunvirato FC's Adolfo Mendez was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Victorino Timo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victorio Gora in the 15th minute of play forced Club Estudiantes de Mza's goalkeeper Victorino Timo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th minute, Ceferino Quico hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Artemio Lamberto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dario Cvitanich in the 18th minute of the match. Dario Cvitanich might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Artemio Lamberto. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dario Cvitanich ran back to his position shaking his head. Cecilio Sabino was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 25 minutes into the match. After 25 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Triunvirato FC! Justino Amaya fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artemio Lamberto having to interfere. Artemio Lamberto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dario Cvitanich in the 34th minute of the match. Eulalio Gil blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Victorino Timo having to make a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dario Cvitanich in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Artemio Lamberto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Victorino Timo made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Adolfo Mendez sent off a good shot on target. In the 43rd minute, Justino Amaya left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Estudiantes de Mza fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 46th minute, Eliseo Errando hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adolfo Mendez was the one to do the kick off. Victorino Timo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eulalio Gil, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Artemio Lamberto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dario Cvitanich, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 55th minute Dario Cvitanich shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artemio Lamberto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 56 minutes Triunvirato FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sebastian Farias who took care of the corner kick. Sebastian Farias made a great header on Club Estudiantes de Mza's corner, it was just that Triunvirato FC's Artemio Lamberto managed to reach the ball for a save. Victorino Timo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adolfo Mendez in the 58th minute of the match. Dé 孙策 was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. When Adolfo Mendez came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Triunvirato FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adolfo Mendez couldn't finish the play. In the 79th minute, Matias Jesco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dario Cvitanich received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Artemio Lamberto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Club Estudiantes de Mza booed when Triunvirato FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Uriel Rios didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Triunvirato FC's zone, Justino Amaya stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Artemio Lamberto came out of the goal and Justino Amaya tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
