Zenon Dembkowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alonzo Gilen, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. A collision led to Defensores de V.G.Galvez! getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Generoso Fidencio hit a great ball. Norberto Orti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugen Văleanu in the 22nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filiberto Elazar in the 23rd minute of play forced Peyote's goalkeeper Zenon Dembkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eloy Ur kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. In the 28th minute of the match Peyote got a corner. Filiberto Elazar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half Defensores de V.G.Galvez! were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Baldomiro Peio to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Eugen Văleanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Norberto Orti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 57th match minute, Defensores de V.G.Galvez! was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leo Argina to maneuver through the defense. 62 minutes into the match, Defensores de V.G.Galvez!'s goal looked a bit too open when Feliciano Bizen came free, but Norberto Orti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an all-out effort, Defensores de V.G.Galvez!'s Zenon Dembkowski threw himself towards the right post 66 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Manuel Jatsu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net.
