In the 10th minute of the match Majadita FC got a corner. Supay Puka Huasi FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Pablo Guipuzkoa ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Majadita FC's Demis Tzanabetis to fire away a dangerous shot which Gilmar Coelho despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 17 minutes Majadita FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Aristides Gaspard who took care of the corner kick. Majadita FC's Federico Reyes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niceto Ferdinand in the 21st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Milton Melgar in the 25th minute of play forced Majadita FC's goalkeeper Federico Reyes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 27 minutes into the game, Melquiades Ihazintu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Majadita FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Supay Puka Huasi FC the free kick. After 27 played minutes Majadita FC got a freekick which was hit by Melquiades Ihazintu. After 34 played minutes Supay Puka Huasi FC got a freekick which was hit by Ernesto Rosario. Luizinho Guedes kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Federico Reyes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anton Grigoroiu in the 46th minute of the match. In the 47th minute of the match Supay Puka Huasi FC got a corner. Majadita FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

After 52 minutes, Ernesto Rosario mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Supay Puka Huasi FC and the Majadita FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ernesto Rosario kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Supay Puka Huasi FC's Gilmar Coelho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melquiades Esiquio in the 53rd minute of play. In the 59th minute Robustiano Macerio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilmar Coelho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 59 minutes into the match, Supay Puka Huasi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Robustiano Macerio came free, but Gilmar Coelho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Majadita FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
