Amancio Bilintx started the match with the kick off. When Newell´s's Amancio Bilintx in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Barrialito's goalie prevented a goal. Nacho Chico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Omar Cordara in the 5th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Barrialito defense, Omar Cordara kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nacho Chico. The Barrialito fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nacho Chico should have stopped the shot. In the 13thth minute of the game Tadeo Jakobe who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Barrialito's Nacho Chico was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Barrialito getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Baltasar Cristofol hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Amancio Bilintx put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Nacho Chico. After 25 played minutes Newell´s got a freekick which was hit by Fernan Crescencio. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Amancio Bilintx put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Nacho Chico. If Indiana Turban had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nacho Chico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amancio Bilintx, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Barrialito's 江威傲 got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 43rd minute, Fernan Crescencio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Newell´s getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Fernan Crescencio hit a great ball. 47 minutes into the match, Barrialito's goal looked a bit too open when Tadeo Jakobe came free, but Nacho Chico reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Amancio Bilintx in the 50th minute of play forced Barrialito's goalkeeper Nacho Chico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A nice corner shot did that Omar Cordara got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Nacho Chico quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Nacho Chico made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tadeo Jakobe in the 56th minute. After 62 minutes, Omar Cordara made it 0-5 with a short kick to the right side. Barrialito's Nacho Chico tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Amancio Bilintx sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 67th minute Ciro Barros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristobal Estavan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 73 played minutes Barrialito got a freekick which was hit by Adolfo Quirze. Nacho Chico made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Tadeo Jakobe sent off a good shot on target. Nacho Chico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amancio Bilintx in the 87th minute of the match. Barrialito's Nacho Chico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amancio Bilintx in the 90th minute of play. After 92 played minutes Barrialito got a freekick which was hit by Luciano Lapurdi. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Newell´s walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
