Spectators: 7613 (Terracing: 5820, Seating: 1783, VIP seats: 10) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Arribeños Sur's Orla Haxmark played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcial Munio in the 6th minute of play. Cecilio Jax was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Modesto Txeru. Through an outstanding action, after 12 minutes, Cecilio Jax successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 12 minutes into the match, San Martin de Tucuman's goal looked a bit too open when Teobaldo Panpili came free, but Cecilio Jax reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, San Martin de Tucuman's Paulino Lamberto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Orla Haxmark narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Orla Haxmark came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by San Martin de Tucuman's Marcial Munio. But to his dismay, Marcial Munio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Marcial Munio might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Orla Haxmark. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marcial Munio ran back to his position shaking his head. Ralph Olano de could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Cecilio Jax made a huge save. Carmelo Osoitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Orla Haxmark tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 28 minutes into the match, San Martin de Tucuman's goal looked a bit too open when Ralph Olano de came free, but Cecilio Jax reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Arribeños Sur's Rodrigo Ubelteso got a free kick in the 31st minute. Orla Haxmark took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcial Munio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Orla Haxmark showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcial Munio in the 38th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Arribeños Sur's Rodrigo Ubelteso got a free kick in the 39th minute. Bartolo Harkaitz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Orla Haxmark read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. Eduardo Beliran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cecilio Jax having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marcial Munio made a kick off. Orla Haxmark took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulino Lamberto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Arribeños Sur getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Teo Florinio hit a great ball. Anastasio Amesti took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 55th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Orla Haxmark. Arribeños Sur's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Orla Haxmark stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Paulino Lamberto's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. Marcial Munio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Orla Haxmark tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Teobaldo Panpili's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cecilio Jax was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. In the 69th minute, Marcial Munio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. San Martin de Tucuman made a substitution. Pipis Vattimos replaced Martín Ferrero. Orla Haxmark breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. San Martin de Tucuman made a substitution. Hector Gizon replaced Marcial Munio. 80 minutes into the match, Hector Gizon notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Arribeños Sur's Orla Haxmark. Orla Haxmark was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to San Martin de Tucuman getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Orla Haxmark breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Anastasio Amesti recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
