Spectators: 7747 (Terracing: 5812, Seating: 1781, VIP seats: 154) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Kärim Benzine took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes into the match, Fernando Fidanza dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Amancio Videl, 1-0. When Kärim Benzine fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Berni y Benja FC's protests and gave Kärim Benzine a yellow card for diving instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kärim Benzine in the 12th minute of play forced Sentimiento Auriazul's goalkeeper Santiago Cañizares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Edgardo Arce had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Santiago Cañizares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kärim Benzine in the 17th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fernando Fidanza in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amancio Videl prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Amancio Videl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felix Johans in the 32nd minute of the match. 39 minutes into the match, Sentimiento Auriazul's Fernando Fidanza sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Amancio Videl narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Felix Johans took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Amancio Videl. Amancio Videl dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Felix Johans stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Berni y Benja FC booed when Sentimiento Auriazul was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guillermo Dalmu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 55th minute, Bob Hinkler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 56 minutes into the match, Sentimiento Auriazul's goal looked a bit too open when Olle Carlsson came free, but Santiago Cañizares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 60th match minute, Berni y Benja FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Atilano Goiz to maneuver through the defense. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Berni y Benja FC's goalkeeper Amancio Videl, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 61 minutes into the game, Felix Johans cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Amancio Videl was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Felix Johans in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Amancio Videl saved Berni y Benja FC from getting behind. Amancio Videl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernando Fidanza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 74th minute, Olle Carlsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Berni y Benja FC's Joaquin Madeo was substituted for Gustav Åkesson. The supporters of Sentimiento Auriazul booed when Berni y Benja FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olle Carlsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Amancio Videl stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fernando Fidanza's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. In the 84th minute, Kärim Benzine ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Santiago Cañizares was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. In the 86thth minute of the game Felix Johans who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Berni y Benja FC's Amancio Videl was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Erling Larsson hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. When the referee blew the final whistle, Sentimiento Auriazul could leave the field as winners, despite Berni y Benja FC having more of the ball for most of the match.
