ATILA's Placido Matro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ruperto Qwinton in the 15th minute of play. In the 16thth minute of the game Ruperto Qwinton who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ATILA's Placido Matro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 47th minute Ruperto Qwinton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Placido Matro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half Ciudad Alta F.C. were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sten Vallman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ramon Lesardo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 93rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Placido Matro. ATILA's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When the final whistle sounded Ciudad Alta F.C. left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than ATILA.
