Grigore Dijmărescu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 29th minute Genadi Kotrulev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Grigore Dijmărescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nereo Monico in the 31st minute of play forced ᴍᴏᴛʜᴡɪɴɢ's goalkeeper Grigore Dijmărescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. ATILA's Genadi Kotrulev was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Grigore Dijmărescu in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 38 minutes into the match, ᴍᴏᴛʜᴡɪɴɢ's goal looked a bit too open when Genadi Kotrulev came free, but Grigore Dijmărescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of ᴍᴏᴛʜᴡɪɴɢ booed when ATILA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thomas Kostakos didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, ATILA's Placido Matro got control of the ball when Nicolás Tagliafico tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 57 minutes, Hernan Meder mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ᴍᴏᴛʜᴡɪɴɢ and the ATILA players grew even worse after the yellow card. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lauro Idigoras couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sten Vallman got free with Grigore Dijmărescu in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. ATILA were awarded a corner in the 63th minute after ᴍᴏᴛʜᴡɪɴɢ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Genadi Kotrulev took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Genadi Kotrulev got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Grigore Dijmărescu quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. ᴍᴏᴛʜᴡɪɴɢ's Grigore Dijmărescu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save ᴍᴏᴛʜᴡɪɴɢ from getting a goal against them. But to his dismay, Sten Vallman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. A collision led to ᴍᴏᴛʜᴡɪɴɢ getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Alexandru Stolojan hit a great ball. Aureliano Mundo kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. In the 95th minute Alexandru Stolojan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Placido Matro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ATILA's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
