In the 22nd minute, Lucas Ugutz made a precise shot to the right of Freddy Mercurio. Crottos Crotters F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Braulio Manny showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Froilan Paublo, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Crottos Crotters F.C.'s Freddy Mercurio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rangel Machev in the 42nd minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lucas Ugutz to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rangel Machev got free with Freddy Mercurio in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Carapa FC's Lucas Ugutz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Freddy Mercurio. That made the score 0-4 after 68 minutes of play. Carapa FC's Armando Jacob was substituted for Lucas Ugutz. Crottos Crotters F.C.'s Benigno Elija was substituted for Adilson Breckenfeld. Crottos Crotters F.C.'s Leonel Messi was substituted for Froilan Paublo. Carapa FC made a substitution. Virgilio Laffitte replaced Rangel Machev.
