In the 9th minute, Lázaro Ramone got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Braulio Manny made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ismael Gumaro in the 11th minute of play. Faustino Luar took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Braulio Manny. Braulio Manny dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Braulio Manny showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ismael Gumaro in the 18th minute of the match. In the 19th minute Ismael Gumaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Braulio Manny saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lucas Ugutz in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Venancio Geleberto saved Los Del Kllejon FC from getting behind. Carapa FC's Braulio Manny played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Algot Sundin in the 31st minute of play. Braulio Manny showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Algot Sundin, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Lázaro Ramone struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Venancio Geleberto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Carapa FC. Los Del Kllejon FC made a substitution. Adrian Lopez replaced Samuel Toli.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lucas Ugutz to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rangel Machev in the 56th minute of play forced Los Del Kllejon FC's goalkeeper Venancio Geleberto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carapa FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Teofilo Gonzalez in the 57th minute. Romualdas Motiekaitis was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Carapa FC's Braulio Manny played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ismael Gumaro in the 59th minute of play. Braulio Manny stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ismael Gumaro's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. Los Del Kllejon FC were awarded a corner in the 61th minute after Carapa FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Remigio Bizi took the corner. Carapa FC's Rangel Machev got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lázaro Ramone recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 66th match minute, Los Del Kllejon FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Algot Sundin to maneuver through the defense. Venancio Geleberto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucas Ugutz, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Rangel Machev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Venancio Geleberto having to interfere. Ismael Gumaro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Braulio Manny tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 83 played minutes Carapa FC got a freekick which was hit by Rangel Machev. 94 minutes into the match, Carapa FC's goal looked a bit too open when Algot Sundin came free, but Braulio Manny reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 94 minutes into the game, when Teofilo Gonzalez put in a rough tackle. In the 93rd minute, one of Carapa FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Carapa FC. The goalkeeper, Braulio Manny, was totally fooled by Los Del Kllejon FC's Siegfried Knubel, who 95 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. The Los Del Kllejon FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Los Del Kllejon FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
