Ernesto Padro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernan Platon in the 3rd minute of the match. Bacho Team's Leon Garcia got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 8th match minute, BWANA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nemesio Constancio to maneuver through the defense. Nestor Mikeldi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivo de Sousa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nestor Mikeldi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivo de Sousa in the 11th minute of play. After 12 minutes BWANA FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Hernan Ferrando who took care of the corner kick. 14 minutes into the match, Ivo de Sousa notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of BWANA FC's Nestor Mikeldi. Nestor Mikeldi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 22nd minute Albano Oliverio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernesto Padro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Domingos Jusepe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Ernesto Padro made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leon Garcia in the 29th minute of play forced BWANA FC's goalkeeper Nestor Mikeldi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernan Platon in the 32nd minute of play forced Bacho Team's goalkeeper Ernesto Padro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Albano Oliverio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Ernesto Padro made a huge save. After 38 minutes of play BWANA FC's Nemesio Constancio was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 38 played minutes BWANA FC got a freekick which was hit by Nemesio Constancio. 42 minutes into the match, BWANA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ivo de Sousa came free, but Nestor Mikeldi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 43rd minute Bacho Team were awarded a corner. Hernan Ferrando went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Hernan Ferrando got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Nestor Mikeldi quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 44th minute Ivo de Sousa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nestor Mikeldi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. It was a well-played corner which Leon Garcia managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand.

The wind increased when Ivo de Sousa made the kick off in the second half. BWANA FC's Nestor Mikeldi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save BWANA FC from getting a goal against them. 61 minutes into the match, Ivo de Sousa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nestor Mikeldi. BWANA FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ivo de Sousa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. BWANA FC's Nestor Mikeldi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save BWANA FC from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in BWANA FC's zone, Ivo de Sousa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nestor Mikeldi came out of the goal and Ivo de Sousa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bacho Team made a substitution. Aquiles Iban replaced Leon Garcia. Nestor Mikeldi made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Ivo de Sousa sent off a good shot on target. Nestor Mikeldi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivo de Sousa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 78 minutes into the match, Ivo de Sousa dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Nestor Mikeldi, 1-3. Ernesto Padro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aquiles Honesto in the 81st minute of play. In the 85th minute, Lino Orain hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. BWANA FC's Nestor Mikeldi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save BWANA FC from getting a goal against them. The BWANA FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Bacho Team's performance. The match ended with a win for Bacho Team.
