C.del.U FC's Felipe Tajo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save C.del.U FC from getting a goal against them. Dionisio Arias's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Felipe Tajo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. C.A.I Somos Nosotros were awarded a corner in the 12th minute after C.del.U FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Humberto Savier took the corner. Felipe Tajo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antoni Olejasz in the 13th minute of play. Ubaldo Teofilio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Patricio Mannuel's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Håkan Wennersten in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ubaldo Teofilio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. C.A.I Somos Nosotros's Ubaldo Teofilio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricio Mannuel in the 19th minute of play. When C.del.U FC's Håkan Wennersten in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. An unexpectedly hard shot by Håkan Wennersten in the 29th minute of play forced C.A.I Somos Nosotros's goalkeeper Ubaldo Teofilio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute, Håkan Wennersten ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ubaldo Teofilio was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Felipe Tajo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dionisio Arias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dionisio Arias who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 36thth minute tested the skills of Felipe Tajo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 38th minute Håkan Wennersten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ubaldo Teofilio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. C.del.U FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Andres Musko in the 40th minute. After taking down the ball on C.del.U FC's corner Andres Musko fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ubaldo Teofilio quite easily take care of the ball. 46 minutes into the match, C.del.U FC's goalkeeper Felipe Tajo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antoni Olejasz. 48 minutes into the match, C.del.U FC's goalkeeper Felipe Tajo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antoni Olejasz. Ubaldo Teofilio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Denis Sein sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 91 minutes into the game, Håkan Wennersten recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ubaldo Teofilio. Håkan Wennersten showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. Ubaldo Teofilio came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by C.del.U FC's Patricio Mannuel. But to his dismay, Patricio Mannuel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched C.del.U FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
