An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximino Tello in the 7th minute of play forced Chingolo City FC's goalkeeper Roque Micael to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 15th match minute, Chingolo City FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tiberius Kirk to maneuver through the defense. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Maximino Tello struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Roque Micael didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Boca Juniors. Maximino Tello in the 89thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Roque Micael, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When Davor Šuker came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Boca Juniors fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Davor Šuker couldn't finish the play. Boca Juniors's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
