Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Benjamin Schmelter to make the kick off. David Quiroga was slow to take the kick. During this time PICAPIEDRAS DE ALMAGRO's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that David Quiroga got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Dave Quattrocchi quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benjamin Schmelter got free with Braulio Maties in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dave Quattrocchi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Quiroga, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. In the 86th match minute, Laferrere FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vasco Olarticoechea to maneuver through the defense. Dave Quattrocchi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Natanael Montenegro in the 90th minute of play. Natanael Montenegro might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dave Quattrocchi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Natanael Montenegro ran back to his position shaking his head. PICAPIEDRAS DE ALMAGRO's Braulio Maties proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save PICAPIEDRAS DE ALMAGRO from getting a goal against them. PICAPIEDRAS DE ALMAGRO were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Laferrere FC for a fine match.
