Elias Roldan started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd minute, Danilo Pasqual hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Braulio Maties showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Martines, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Elias Roldan took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Braulio Maties. Braulio Maties dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Valentinos Dedes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Braulio Maties having to interfere. Gerson Carneiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Braulio Maties made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Heath Lachapelle's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cristian Lucchetti was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. Rosario Central's Cristian Lucchetti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Heath Lachapelle in the 12th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florencio Geofredo in the 16th minute of play forced Rosario Central's goalkeeper Cristian Lucchetti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 22 minutes into the match, Rosario Central's goal looked a bit too open when Natanael Montenegro came free, but Cristian Lucchetti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Natanael Montenegro took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cristian Lucchetti. Cristian Lucchetti dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Cristian Lucchetti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danilo Pasqual in the 25th minute of play. Braulio Maties made an important save on a dangerous shot by Elias Roldan in the 26th minute. PICAPIEDRAS DE ALMAGRO's attentive Roberto Feliu managed to snatch the ball when Urbano Jaunti made a throw-in in the 28th minute of the game. With a little luck, PICAPIEDRAS DE ALMAGRO's Braulio Maties got control of the ball when Elias Roldan tried to sneak it across the goal line. 35 minutes into the match, PICAPIEDRAS DE ALMAGRO's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Martines came free, but Braulio Maties reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. PICAPIEDRAS DE ALMAGRO's Braulio Maties proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save PICAPIEDRAS DE ALMAGRO from getting a goal against them. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Natanael Montenegro was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Rosario Central's goal looked a bit too open when Roberto Feliu came free, but Cristian Lucchetti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. David Quiroga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristian Lucchetti having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Quiroga in the 57th minute of play forced Rosario Central's goalkeeper Cristian Lucchetti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristian Lucchetti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roberto Feliu in the 58th minute of the match. Braulio Maties made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerson Carneiro in the 60th minute of play. Cristian Lucchetti came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by PICAPIEDRAS DE ALMAGRO's Heath Lachapelle. But to his dismay, Heath Lachapelle quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. PICAPIEDRAS DE ALMAGRO's Braulio Maties played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elias Roldan in the 75th minute of play. If David Quiroga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rosario Central's Justo Mergildo was substituted for Elias Roldan. Rosario Central made a substitution. Eriberto Sol replaced Jörn Näver. In the 80th minute Gerson Carneiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Braulio Maties saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 81st match minute, PICAPIEDRAS DE ALMAGRO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Heath Lachapelle to maneuver through the defense. Rosario Central's Igor Silvino was substituted for Gerson Carneiro. Heath Lachapelle hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Braulio Maties made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Justo Mergildo in the 86th minute of play. In the 90th minute Eriberto Sol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Braulio Maties saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Natanael Montenegro got free with Cristian Lucchetti in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 94th minute Justo Mergildo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Braulio Maties saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Braulio Maties showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eriberto Sol, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. After taking down the ball on Rosario Central's corner Piotr Perkowski fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Braulio Maties quite easily take care of the ball.
