Club Atlético Aldosivi's Alfred Wisniewski was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Teodosio Nuxila in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Club Atlético Aldosivi's Arnaldo Mingo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcos Lorenzo in the 13th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Honorato Manex in the 23rd minute of play forced Club Atlético Aldosivi's goalkeeper Arnaldo Mingo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teodosio Nuxila showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antônio Carlos Donato in the 27th minute of the match. El Golden Volvió!'s Teodosio Nuxila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfred Wisniewski in the 28th minute of play. El Golden Volvió!'s manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Arnaldo Mingo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Folkert Engelaar, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. The corner ended in Damian Urko almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Club Atlético Aldosivi's Arnaldo Mingo did a great save. Arnaldo Mingo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Folkert Engelaar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 38 minutes of play, El Golden Volvió!'s Marcos Lorenzo made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arnaldo Mingo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Honorato Manex hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Arnaldo Mingo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Folkert Engelaar, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Honorato Manex to make the kick off. Arnaldo Mingo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcos Lorenzo in the 51st minute of the match. El Golden Volvió! played a much better game than Club Atlético Aldosivi and deserved their victory. The Club Atlético Aldosivi players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
