In the 15th minute of the match, Rigoberto Bernal tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Marcial Estavan saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Marcial Estavan was a little too slow when Rigoberto Bernal got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 20th minute. The score was now 1-0. Alfredo Horado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dagoberto Neila, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alfredo Horado didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ignacio Warnes went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 32nd minute of the match New Chelsea FC got a corner. INDEPENDIENTE F.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Rigoberto Bernal ran over to the corner to take the kick. Alfredo Horado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Domenico Rosato, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. INDEPENDIENTE F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Panda Moerdani in the 57th minute. Alfredo Horado didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 63rd minute, which inside left pole to 1-3. In the 70thth minute of the game Rigoberto Bernal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but INDEPENDIENTE F.C.'s Marcial Estavan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The New Chelsea FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. Marcial Estavan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice moves Herminio Iratze could shoot a difficult shot in the 86th minute, which Alfredo Horado however easily saved by the left post. Marcial Estavan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rigoberto Bernal in the 90th minute of the match. Marcial Estavan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rigoberto Bernal in the 97th minute of play. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. New Chelsea FC were victorious despite being under pressure from INDEPENDIENTE F.C. for much of the match.
