Spectators: 7697 (Terracing: 5776, Seating: 1771, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ezequiel Baleren kicked off to start the match. Jimeno Natal came out of the goal in the 2nd minute to try and stop a shot by Pilar's Jonathan Candia. But to his dismay, Jonathan Candia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 5th minute, Melchor Hartz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, diego armando fc's Armando Txaran got a free kick in the 8th minute. After having played for 9 minutes, Omar Rey managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pilar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Omar Rey was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 12th match minute, Pilar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pawel Rzegotka to maneuver through the defense. Jimeno Natal had great luck who in the 14thth minute grab hold of the ball when Jonathan Candia from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind diego armando fc's goalkeeper Jimeno Natal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pilar were awarded a corner in the 19th minute after diego armando fc's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Omar Rey took the corner. The corner led Pilar's Arnoldo Tavio to fire away a dangerous shot which Jimeno Natal despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Pilar's Ovidio Cristos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabio-Roman Pairetto in the 23rd minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Pilar's goal looked a bit too open when Ezequiel Baleren came free, but Ovidio Cristos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jimeno Natal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonathan Candia in the 26th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, Matthieu Larrouy had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jimeno Natal. diego armando fc's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Matthieu Larrouy was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Jimeno Natal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jonathan Candia in the 31st minute. Jonathan Candia's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 38thth minute, Jimeno Natal skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Jimeno Natal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michael Scofield, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonathan Candia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Jimeno Natal made a huge save. diego armando fc were furious when Armando Txaran was red carded, 48 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. A collision led to diego armando fc getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Armando Txaran hit a great ball. Omar Rey recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 49th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jonathan Candia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute, Artemio Victoro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to diego armando fc getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Silvestre Castulo hit a great ball. In the 60thth minute of the game Jonathan Candia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but diego armando fc's Jimeno Natal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Conrado Rios took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jimeno Natal. Jimeno Natal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. 66 minutes into the game, Silvestre Castulo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. diego armando fc's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pilar the free kick. In the 67th match minute, diego armando fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvestre Castulo to maneuver through the defense. Jimeno Natal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matthieu Larrouy, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Michael Scofield sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Matthieu Larrouy came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Pilar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Matthieu Larrouy couldn't finish the play. In the 83rd minute of the game Arnoldo Tavio made a throw-in which Matthieu Larrouy played forward. Ovidio Cristos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Artemio Victoro in the 88th minute. In the 92nd minute Artemio Victoro managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal. Jimeno Natal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jonathan Candia's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Pilar fans cheered their team off the field, for while diego armando fc had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
