After some careless play in the Esteco defense, Narciso Bertassi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo. The Esteco fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo should have stopped the shot. Leonides Telesforo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jiří Petera in the 21st minute. Leonides Telesforo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celedonio Oliverios in the 25th minute of play. In the 26th minute, Jiří Petera reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Leonides Telesforo. The goal made the score 2-1. Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gavino Egoi, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. After 38 played minutes, Cable a Tierra's Leandro Salvator shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cable a Tierra reached it. After a rather tough play, Cable a Tierra's Eloy Leguizamón got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Leonides Telesforo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ermindo-Ángel Onega in the 90th minute of the match. Esteco made a substitution. Rodolfo Perez replaced Norberto-Osvaldo Alonso. 94 minutes into the match, Cable a Tierra's goal looked a bit too open when Ermindo-Ángel Onega came free, but Leonides Telesforo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
