But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mircea Buciuceanu couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Igor Tartalo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Franja Dorada's supporters rose to their feet, but Igor Tartalo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ismael Gimenez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Silverio Jacob made a kick off. 56 minutes in the game Pedro Timo did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Igor Tartalo. After having played for 61 minutes, Aziz Akarsu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Deportivo Mukenio's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aziz Akarsu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Franja Dorada's Tadeusz Mroczynski got a free kick in the 64th minute. In the 65th minute, Mario Hever got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
