After taking down the ball on Cuervos Attack's corner Marcelino Jago fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Elano Pimenta quite easily take care of the ball. 18 minutes into the game, Stacey Weaver recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jan Faust. Stacey Weaver showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Patricio Silvanito in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patricio Silvanito in the 24th minute of play forced Club Atlético Belgrano's goalkeeper Elano Pimenta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Patricio Silvanito managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cuervos Attack's supporters rose to their feet, but Patricio Silvanito was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elano Pimenta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Atlético Belgrano's goalkeeper Elano Pimenta, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Osvaldo Bazkoare in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Stacey Weaver stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Patricio Silvanito came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Cuervos Attack fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Patricio Silvanito couldn't finish the play. If Stacey Weaver had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elano Pimenta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osvaldo Bazkoare in the 89th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stacey Weaver in the 97th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jan Faust saved Cuervos Attack from getting behind. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Club Atlético Belgrano fans cheered their team off the field, for while Cuervos Attack had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
