Aaron Sandalio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 17thth minute tested the skills of Lia Vela when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 21st minute Ramiro Oroitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteban José Andrada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ramiro Oroitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Guansa booed when Club Sports Pergamino was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hernan Jakue didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 30 played minutes, Club Sports Pergamino's Fan Jing Sang shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Esteban José Andrada came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Sports Pergamino's goalkeeper Lia Vela, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Club Sports Pergamino's Lia Vela proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Club Sports Pergamino from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Humberto Garci in the 46th minute of play forced Guansa's goalkeeper Esteban José Andrada to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Guansa's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After some careless play in the Club Sports Pergamino defense, Aaron Sandalio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lia Vela. The Club Sports Pergamino fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lia Vela should have stopped the shot. 87 minutes into the match, Guansa's Aaron Sandalio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lia Vela narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 88 played minutes Club Sports Pergamino got a freekick which was hit by Hernan Jakue. Many of Club Sports Pergamino's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Club Sports Pergamino may have spent more time on the ball, but Guansa were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
