The audience thought a goal was coming when Marciano Nuñez got free with Ferdinand Poenaru in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ferdinand Poenaru was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Marciano Nuñez showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 7 minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, Augusto Di Marzio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ferdinand Poenaru. Sportivo Desamparados's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Augusto Di Marzio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Augusto Di Marzio's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 14thth minute, Ferdinand Poenaru skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Augusto Di Marzios short, quick shot in the 18thth minute got Ferdinand Poenaru to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Marciano Nuñez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferdinand Poenaru having to interfere. Leon Gaxan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 26 minutes of play, Hugolinos⚽'s Augusto Di Marzio made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ferdinand Poenaru was left in no man's land by his defense there! With an all-out effort, Hugolinos⚽'s Ferdinand Poenaru threw himself towards the right post 29 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Marciano Nuñez, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Ferdinand Poenaru made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Augusto Di Marzio sent off a good shot on target. Augusto Di Marzio had several of the Sportivo Desamparados's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 35 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 4-0 score and a disappointed Ferdinand Poenaru as he didn't even see the shot coming. Hugolinos⚽'s Leon Gaxan quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Luca Toranzo, made in the 39th minute of the game. Ferdinand Poenaru didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Augusto Di Marzio went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Ferdinand Poenaru was a little too slow when Augusto Di Marzio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 47th minute. The score was now 6-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Augusto Di Marzio to strike the kick off in the second half. Marciano Nuñez kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Antonín Berousek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saverio Gutierrez in the 57th minute of play. Ferdinand Poenaru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Freddy Cordaryal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Augusto Di Marzio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Augusto Di Marzio took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ferdinand Poenaru. Ferdinand Poenaru dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. In the 79th minute of the game Luca Toranzo made a throw-in which Giuliano Lovera played forward. If Saverio Gutierrez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gianluca Toranzo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Antonín Berousek made a huge save. In the 87th minute, Augusto Di Marzio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ferdinand Poenaru was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. Leon Gaxan hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Hugolinos⚽ fully deserved thier win.
