Wawrzyniec Charamut made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Verón in the 26th minute of play. 30 minutes had been played when some careless play by Alvarado de Mar del Plata's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Paul Gheară was slow to take the kick. During this time De Boedo Vengo's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on De Boedo Vengo's corner Paul Gheară fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Iker Mincho quite easily take care of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gavino Abarca in the 36th minute of play forced Alvarado de Mar del Plata's goalkeeper Iker Mincho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 37th minute, Vicente Arano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 97th minute, Lisandro Roderigo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
