Qin Kun Xi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Igor Cordaro having to interfere. With a little luck, Noqueces FC's Igor Cordaro got control of the ball when Qin Kun Xi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Narciso Frechoso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Antônio Santos went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Igor Cordaro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Qin Kun Xi's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antônio Santos in the 20th minute of play forced Velez sarsfield's goalkeeper Narciso Frechoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Noqueces FC's Igor Cordaro got control of the ball when Qin Kun Xi tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Velez sarsfield getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Benjamin Orixe hit a great ball. In the 31stth minute of the game Antônio Santos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Velez sarsfield's Narciso Frechoso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ildefonso Olentzaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Velez sarsfield defense, Antônio Santos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Narciso Frechoso. The Velez sarsfield fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Narciso Frechoso should have stopped the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Qin Kun Xi made a kick off. In the 53rd minute Qin Kun Xi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Igor Cordaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Noqueces FC made a substitution. Joel Omero replaced Antônio Santos. Noqueces FC's Fermin Atauri was substituted for Emanuele Pellecchia. A collision led to Velez sarsfield getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Cirilo Dimas hit a great ball. Narciso Frechoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Omero in the 63rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Velez sarsfield's zone, Eustaquio Cloyo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Narciso Frechoso came out of the goal and Eustaquio Cloyo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 64th minute Eustaquio Cloyo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Narciso Frechoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Qin Kun Xi during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Qin Kun Xi hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Velez sarsfield's Qin Kun Xi got a free kick in the 67th minute. If Eustaquio Cloyo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rafael Maju made in the 71st minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Joel Omero however managed to control. Narciso Frechoso yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Eustaquio Cloyo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Noqueces FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Eustaquio Cloyo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Narciso Frechoso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 94 minutes into the match, Noqueces FC's goal looked a bit too open when Walter Pico came free, but Igor Cordaro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Velez sarsfield's Fabio Regis managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Markos Kakogiannis in the 95 minute of the game. Noqueces FC were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Velez sarsfield's much stronger midfield.
