With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maximo Mantzio in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eulalio Bastian saved Deportivo Mandiyu from getting behind. Chiquito Benítez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Isidoro Darien read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Aristides Hermelando got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Isidoro Darien quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 37 played minutes Deportivo Mandiyu got a freekick which was hit by Aristides Hermelando. Lars Fernkvist's late challenge caught a Deportivo Mandiyu's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lars Fernkvist helped the player get up and apologised. In the 44th match minute, ALEMCA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lars Fernkvist to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.
