An unexpectedly hard shot by Ceferino Monte in the 12th minute of play forced La gallardeta's goalkeeper Urmet Rammu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th minute Ceferino Monte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Urmet Rammu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Prospero Petri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of La gallardeta booed when Patay Juniors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgard Ledesma didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 46thth minute of the game Ale Noga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Patay Juniors's Cayetano Francho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

La gallardeta made a substitution. Faizal Keng replaced Ladislao Curcio. The wind increased when Prospero Petri made the kick off in the second half. Urmet Rammu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prospero Petri in the 54th minute of play. Ale Noga hit a great ball. Ale Noga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 68th play minute Bernard Skarpiak came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Cayetano Francho. 2-2. If Prospero Petri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of La gallardeta booed when Patay Juniors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leandro Astigar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cayetano Francho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ale Noga in the 79th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Patay Juniors defense, Adolfo Joachim kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cayetano Francho. The Patay Juniors fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cayetano Francho should have stopped the shot. Ale Nogas short, quick shot in the 89thth minute got Cayetano Francho to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 92nd minute, Walter Gaitán hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Walter Gaitán could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Cayetano Francho made a huge save. Urmet Rammu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Prospero Petri in the 96th minute of the match. The Patay Juniors fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. La gallardeta were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
