Blitzkrieg's Fabio Mikelats played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Genaro Illan in the 7th minute of play. 8 minutes into the match, Blitzkrieg's goal looked a bit too open when Gregorio Martinez came free, but Fabio Mikelats reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Hugo Bakker could shoot a difficult shot in the 10th minute, which Fabio Mikelats however easily saved by the left post. In the 13th minute, Freddy Sabin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fabio Mikelats was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. If Gregorio Martinez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 19th minute, Resistencia's Gregorio Martinez dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Amancio Telesforo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Freddy Sabin took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fabio Mikelats. Fabio Mikelats was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Fabio Mikelats stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Freddy Sabin's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. At last the ball reached Domingos Isusko at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Blitzkrieg. 8-0. Fabio Mikelats made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Freddy Sabin in the 68th minute of play. 71 minutes into the match, Freddy Sabin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fabio Mikelats. Blitzkrieg's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Freddy Sabin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. When Donato Tomi fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Blitzkrieg's protests and gave Donato Tomi a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Resistencia booed when Blitzkrieg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Donato Tomi didn't get a good kick on the ball. 87 minutes into the match, Freddy Sabin notched a goal, 12-0, to the right of Blitzkrieg's Fabio Mikelats. Fabio Mikelats was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Resistencia's Freddy Sabin in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
