Spectators: 7634 (Terracing: 5766, Seating: 1768, VIP seats: 100) Patrick Linares started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Patrick Linares in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gaetano Mathieu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Resistencia's Gregorio Martinez got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. PLUMAS were awarded a corner in the 17th minute after Resistencia's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Diego Oinatz took the corner. 20 minutes into the match, PLUMAS's goal looked a bit too open when Gregorio Martinez came free, but Anibal Jurgi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st minute of the match Resistencia got a corner. PLUMAS's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Hugo Bakker ran over to the corner to take the kick. Matías Hendrickx was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. 25 minutes into the match, Hugo Bakker notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of PLUMAS's Anibal Jurgi. Anibal Jurgi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 28th minute, Hugo Bakker left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Resistencia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. 36 minutes into the game, Hector Rosio threw the ball into play from the sideline. Resistencia's Domingos Isusko quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Patrick Linares recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, PLUMAS's Hector Rosio got a free kick in the 41st minute. PLUMAS's Anibal Jurgi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugo Bakker in the 45th minute of play. In the 45th minute Hugo Bakker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anibal Jurgi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 46th minute, Freddy Sabin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anibal Jurgi was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Freddy Sabin to strike the kick off in the second half. Hugo Bakker could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Anibal Jurgi made a huge save. When Urbano Benvido fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored PLUMAS's protests and gave Urbano Benvido a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Resistencia booed when PLUMAS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Urbano Benvido didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 57thth minute of the game Bartolo Berart who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Resistencia's Gaetano Mathieu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 58 minutes Resistencia's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Diego Oinatz who took care of the corner kick. Anibal Jurgi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Freddy Sabin in the 62nd minute of the match. Anibal Jurgi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Freddy Sabin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Resistencia's Freddy Sabin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Anibal Jurgi. That made the score 0-5 after 67 minutes of play. Anibal Jurgi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hugo Bakker in the 73rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bartolo Berart in the 74th minute of play forced Resistencia's goalkeeper Gaetano Mathieu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gaetano Mathieu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bartolo Berart, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. PLUMAS were awarded a corner in the 78th minute after Resistencia's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Diego Oinatz took the corner. The crowd rose to their feet as Hugo Bakker kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Anibal Jurgi. That made the score 0-6 in the 81 minute of play. Anibal Jurgi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Freddy Sabin, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. In the 96th minute, Francisco Jon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 98 minutes into the match, Resistencia's goal looked a bit too open when Bartolo Berart came free, but Gaetano Mathieu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
